Where We Ship
Dirty Diesel Customs is able to ship merchandise across the globe. Our free shipping only covers most of Canada (see below for more details). International customers must contact us directly for shipping quotes.
We cannot ship anything related to emissions deletes across the border. This means any Exhaust Systems, EGR Deletes, Delete Pipes, etc. Any orders placed for these products coming from outside of Canada will be immediately refunded. To read more, please click here.
Shipping Carriers
Even when we're covering the shipping costs, we will never use sub-par shipping methods to save a dime. We will select the best available shipping rate through one of our couriers (mainly UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and Purolator) to ensure you receive the fastest possible shipping. Most customers will see their parts within 2-3 business days. Our priority is getting your order out as fast as possible, if we cannot do that for some reason, we'll contact you as soon as possible. Typically, within a few hours.
We understand the excitement that comes with ordering new parts so we always include a tracking number with every order.
Rates
Canada
Within Canada, shipping is 100% FREE on all orders over $200 (some heavy-freight and exhaust limitations apply, see below for more details). Anything below $200 is always $18-$24. Due to the remote locations, please contact us for a shipping quote to NWT, NU, YT. Additional freight may apply on orders being sent to PE, NS, NL, & NB.

United States
For shipping to the States, shipping is 100% FREE on all orders over $200 (some heavy-freight limitations apply, see below for more details). Anything below $200 is always $25.

International Orders
Due to varying cost of freight when shipping internationally, we ask that you please contact us for a shipping quote.

Free Shipping Limitations
Free shipping and flat-rate shipping does not apply to abnormally heavy or large freight items. This includes, but is not limited to products such as exhaust systems, transmissions, torque converters, clutches, cylinder heads, lift kits, and other items with an excessive weight or size. All products that require extra freight costs will be labelled accordingly on the product page and we will reach out if extra freight is needed. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
We do have some of the best deals on freight costs! We will determine the best shipping rate/method for you and use our discounted rates to ensure you get the best deal while receiving the product in a timely manner. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance to safeguard your order against theft, damage, or loss during transit. For a small fee, you’ll have added protection and peace of mind, knowing your purchase is covered from unforeseen issues. In the rare event of a problem, our dedicated support team will assist you promptly to resolve the matter, ensuring a seamless and worry-free shopping experience.
Processing Time
All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times.
DDC Guarantee: We will always do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as humanly possible.
Returns
We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. Products not returned within the 30-day timeframe are ineligible for a refund or exchange. Please complete this form before shipping anything back to us.
Restocking Fees:

There is a 10% restocking fee applied to ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days.
- You have the option of receiving a complete in-store credit (no restocking fee) for items within the 30-day time frame.
- There is a 20% restocking fee applied to ALL refunds for cancellations and or returns from 31-60 days.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted beyond 60 days.
- There are NO returns on special order or powder-coated items. If you are unsure, please reach out for verification.
Return Process:
You will need to ship the product back to us with tracking (return shipping is not covered by Dirty Diesel Customs). Once we receive the item at our shop, it will be inspected. If everything is in order, we will issue your refund.
Please ensure the following:
- Write your order number clearly on the outside of the box so we can confirm the refund is applied to you.
- Send the product back in the original packaging it was received in.

Important Return Policy Notes:
- Custom Tuning Files & Tuners: Returns are not accepted once these products have been opened, as they become locked to the vehicle and cannot be reused.
- Installed Parts: Unless proven defective, we cannot accept returns on parts that have already been installed.
- Custom & Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return.
- Condition of Returned Products: If a product is returned with damage, missing components, or signs of alteration, Dirty Diesel Customs reserves the right to refuse a refund.
- Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover costs associated with shop labour or installation fees.
