The BD Diesel Full Bore Exhaust Manifold replaces the factory passenger side manifold on the 2001-2016 6.6L Duramax. Factory manifolds are prone to warping and cracking under sustained heat, and the BD casting addresses that directly with high-silicon ductile iron and walls that are 65% thicker than stock. Optimized internal geometry increases flow by 5% to move exhaust gas to the turbocharger more efficiently. It ships as a complete drop-in kit with all gaskets and fasteners needed for installation.
