2005-2025 Powerstroke F-450/F-550 HD Steering Kit w/ Single FOX Stabilizer (7625-01)

Upgrade your F-450, F-550, or F-600 Super Duty steering with a true bolt in kit that installs into the factory locations with no drilling. This 7625-01 configuration adds a Synergy tuned FOX steering stabilizer in the factory location on top of the massive 2 inch USA made 1026 DOM tie rod and 1.5 inch DOM drag link.

• Massive 2.0" x .25 wall USA made 1026 DOM tie rod built to resist bending under extreme loads
• Drag link precision bent from 1.5" x .250 wall USA made 1026 DOM and machined to retain the factory stabilizer
• Single plane tie rod ends eliminate drag link and tie rod flop and remove the on center dead spot
• Synergy metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends with 4140 steel shanks, nitrile boots, and retaining springs
• Double Adjuster Sleeve and forged pinch bolt design allow alignment in the vehicle and prevent jam nut loosening
• Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• 100 percent bolt on and compatible with stock wheels, tires, and up to 4 inches of lift
• Includes a Synergy tuned FOX steering stabilizer mounted in the factory location

• 1x Heavy Duty Tie Rod (7602-01)
• 1x Synergy Tuned FOX Steering Stabilizer (6401-04)

• Compatible from stock to 4 inches of lift with the factory pitman arm and track bar bracket. Over 4 inches of lift requires a drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket
• Fits 2005 and newer Ford Super Duty F-450, F-550, and F-600 only. Does not fit F-250 or F-350 Super Duty, which use a different steering kit
