The 3.0L EcoDiesel is an amazing engine but can leave something to be desired in factory form. However, the little 3.0L can be turned into a powerhouse with the addition of Coopers Custom Solutions (CCS) tuning. CCS tuning wakes up your EcoDiesel by significantly improving your throttle response, fuel economy, and adding HP & Torque all while maintaining the OEM reliability and finish. 

Delete Tuning 

If you're looking to delete your EcoDiesel you're going to require a CAT & DPF Delete Pipe (FLO-863NB) and an EGR Block-Off Kit (030-EGR-A023). If you choose to add these to your shopping cart we'll ship you the EGR & DPF delete along with your tuned ECM so you have all the parts to get the job done.

  • Once I receive my ECU tuned and if needed to put the ECU back to its stock mode, will I have to send the ECU back to you? If so, how much will it cost? Thanks!

    Yes you would need to reflash the ECM to return to stock.  We can do this at no charge, or you can go to your nearest dealership to get it done.

  • Does this tune the ECM and TCM?

    No, this is ECM tuning only 

  • Can you also tune the ECM to work with the Banks Manifold Kit and throttle delete?

    Yes we just need to know before we flash the ecm you are doing those mods.

  • Can I send any RAM or Cherokee ECM to be programmed? I want to keep a stock ECM for spare.

    No - it needs to be your original.

  • Is there anyway you can send a programmed ecm and do a core swap so I do not have any down time for my truck?

    No we must tune your factory ECM

  • FCA ruined my ecodiesel by flashing the ECM during a recall. Will this tune restore my original power and fuel economy? I just want to have the truck that I purchased not the slugish diesel guzling truck it is now.

    This will work with any emissions equipment that has been removed from the vehicle.

  • Does your tuning blocks the EGR (by keeping the valve shut and the intake butterfly opened) so I would not have to remove the EGR cooler?

  • Would like to do the egr delete but keep my DPF intact. Is that possible?

    No you must remove the DPF

  • Does this tune work on the 2020-2022 RAM 1500 DT Ecodiesel?

    Yes it does, we just dont offer replacement exhaust for the dpf and cat that need to be removed yet.

  • How much added horsepower and or torque does this kit provide?

    The added horse power is between 25-50hp and doesnt have to much to add when it comes to torque, however it will increase throttle response and fuel economy.

  • Can u fix a bricked ecu

    Yes, a bricked ECU can often be recovered, but the solution depends on the specific circumstances of the bricking. CCS custom tuning supports the 2014-2019 Ram EcoDiesel, and recovery may involve reprogramming or bench-flashing the ECU to restore functionality.

    Yes, custom tuning for the EcoDiesel should remove limp mode if the issue is related to a DPF being at 100% full and triggering a limp mode.
