The FLO 634 is a 5" Downpipe Back Exhaust system for the 2007.5-2010 Duramax 6.6L. It replaces your restrictive OE exhaust system from the downpipe back with a 5" mandrel-bent exhaust system, this kit includes a high-flow muffler and is designed for street applications. Just like all of Flo-Pro's Exhaust kits, it will come with all the required clamps, pre-weld contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to help you cruise through the installation process. This exhaust not only sounds great, but will improve your torque, mileage, flow, and throttle response!

  • Does the FLO-634 fit on a 2008Chevy 3500hd 6.6l Crew Cab Long box? And if so, how loud is it? Loud enough to get pulled over?

    Yes it will fit, and it wont be too loud with the muffler
