The Readylift 69-1342 Lift Kit is the fastest, safest and least expensive way to lift your 4th Gen Dodge without compromising the factory ride or handling. Made with durable black e-coated steel, ReadyLIFT 4.5" SST Lift coil spacers will not deteriorate or decrease ride height over time and allow you to retain the use of your factory front coil spring. The Lift Kit front coil spacer has been designed exclusively for the 2013-2018 new style radius arm suspension trucks and provides 4.5" of lift. In turn, this will give you enough clearance to add up to 37" tires! This kit also includes 2" tall OEM-style rear lift blocks for those who want a little extra rake which is ideal for towing and hauling.

• 37" Maximum tire diameter
• 37x12.50 for no rub on a 9" wide wheel with 0 offset
• 18" - 37X12.5R18
• 20" - 37X12.5R20
• 22" - 325/60R22

• For use on 4WD 3500 trucks with rear leaf springs and new radius arm suspension trucks only.
• Not for use on trucks with Auto-Ride suspension
• For use on trucks without top overloads
• Designed for diesel models, gas trucks will sit nose high
