  • Once I purchase the tubes, do I have 3 weeks to decide which one I want to keep from the 5 to bed I purchased? Or will I just lose support after 4 week but can still change tune to tune using my ez lynk?

    You must finalize your tune preferences within the four-week support period. Afterward, you retain the ability to switch between the tunes stored on your EZ Lynk device but cannot request further support or adjustments​​.

  • On the Nissan Cummins 16-19 do you get both emissions on and deletes or just one or the other

    If you go unlimited support then you can get both.

  • If I buy this from the website will I receive it through email to have my truck tuned right away?

    You should see your files via email within 24 hours (sometimes sooner!)

  • I have a soft switch with 5 spots for that mean if I get the limited I only get one tune? Or just one tune package? Currently running ezlynk with 5.0l

    With a Limited Support Package, you typically get access to one tune package, which can include multiple power levels for SOTF. Ensure your tuning provider confirms that SOTF functionality is enabled in the provided package.
