MM3 Vin License (MM3-VIN)

I have a MM3 tuner and need a custom tune file to work with my new turbo that does not change the stock vain position values , also TCM tune that does not change my line pressure from stock as requested by my trans builder . is this possible ?

I buying a mm3 and they said they did not pull the file off the old truck do I need that file or will it be on the programmer just need to do the license for the vin
