The Cross-Air system adapts to an existing port at the rear of the intake plenum that is normally sealed off from the factory with a freeze-plug style fitting. To better supply air to cylinders 1, 5, and 6, it splits off the driver-side charge tube and creates another parallel path. In turn, this will greatly help balance the engine temperatures and load at each cylinder. In order to produce optimal penetration without impacting airflow, Pusher fully Tig welded this whole set-up with precise settings. So why the extra .5"? The circumference of the 3.5" tubing is nearly the exact same size as the perimeter of the square-shaped inlet of the factory 5.9L Cummins Plenum plate. So by increasing the circumference to 3.5", Pusher is able to maximize flow which in turn will give you noticeable performance gains! 

This system provides the most airflow possible to the factory Cummins's head. For durability, Pusher has constructed this system from 3.5" mandrel-bent tubing, a 1/2" thick flange, and 1/4" thick dipstick mounting bracket. The results you can expect to see from this fine craftsmanship is a decrease in EGT's, Increased MPG, faster turbo spool, increased durability, and increased throttle response!
